Land Trust Holdings

We welcome you to visit, explore and enjoy the properties that we have been entrusted to care for forever.

Waterford Land Trust owns over 350 acres where you can hike, jog, take photos, birdwatch, paint pictures, picnic, or walk your dog responsibly. Unless otherwise noted, the public is invited to use our Nature Preserves, especially Fitch’s Pond (mountain bike trails and ice-skating!), Avery Preserve, Woodlands, Conover Preserve, and White Oak Preserve (Montville) where marked trails exist. Please visit our online individual property pages to view the attributes and details of each.

We ask that you help us keep our preserves in their natural state.  Please don’t litter, camp, start fires, or use motorized vehicles.  Dogs are welcome but must be leashed.

We thank you for respecting our guidelines as well as respecting the properties of our abutting neighbors.

Enjoy!
