This property was protected by Thomas and Theresa Ammirati and is contiguous with the Connecticut College Arboretum.
Easements have “the common purpose of conserving the natural values of the protected property and protect the animal, bird and plant population and prevent the use or development of that property for any use.” Easements do not have public access (except where noted); however, one of the missions of the WLT is to preserve open space and protect it from development or any other use that would harm the natural landscape.
