Property Highlights
There is a small swamp and brook at the entrance to this preserve on Braman Rd. There are rocky outcroppings, ledges and boulders on the east side. The middle of the property is very level and easy to pass through. The low wet areas have plenty of Red Maples and the high points have magnificent beech and oak trees.
Access
A sign was erected on Braham Rd. in 2022. The entrance is on a sharp curve, and right now it’s not safe to park here. We’re working on finding a solution. A path was cut at the entrance (near property sign) through the briars making access to the property easier. There are no trails as of 2023, but it’s easy to hike once past the briars.
